Being pregnant or being the mother of a baby is a unique stage in our lives and has enormous significance on a physical and emotional level.
Surely in one way or another you feel more vulnerable and insecure about how you handle yourself. It is a very sensitive moment, where your thoughts, emotions, fears, conflicts, and old learned ideas come to the surface more easily.
It is also during this stage where we begin to build the way of "mothering" that we want, and many times, the model or example that we have of what it is to "be a mother" is closely related to our experiences as daughters, or with what you have heard from friends, family and social networks.
In addition, throughout our lives, we have been telling ourselves stories, forming stereotypes and beliefs that influence our emotions and thoughts during pregnancy, and how we perceive childbirth or motherhood.
The good news is that you have the power to undo them and write your own story.
If you live your early motherhood from consciousness you will be able to repair or prevent the transmission of bonding difficulties to your baby.

Emotions go from one side to the other like a pendulum, suddenly you feel a predominant happiness, then terrible insecurity, fear or even rejection.
It is very important at this stage that you work on your emotions and that you put concrete words to what you feel. This will especially help you make decisions about what you want and do not want to pass on to your future sons or daughters.

You may have heard that numerous scientific studies have shown that your emotional health also affects your baby. This happens because your baby is part of the intrauterine environment and is constantly receiving messages from the body in which she lives. In this chemical and proprioceptive communication between you and your baby, you share emotions and vital experiences that shape their neurological bases; For example, if you live everything in fear, your baby may take this and feel constantly threatened by everything around him. The same thing happens when he is already in your arms, everything you experience, he sees and feels and even copies.
Therefore, that you attend and take care of your mental and emotional health is very important for the good mental development and growth of your baby.

Come and take a workshop very different from the ones you have taken before and discover what your intuition tells you about all the topics that surround motherhood. You will be accompanied and guided by professional psychologists, however your values, personality, and strengths will help you get answers and messages to tell yourself!
The aim of the workshop is for you to listen to yourself, understand yourself better, reflect on other participants and calm your mind to focus on your baby.

WORKSHOP TOOLKIT
During the workshops, we will use the Humanity Tiles® toolkit. It includes 80 tiles that represent aspects of the human being that can be assembled to build structures. This construction allows participants to explore the complexity of thoughts, ideas, emotions, and behaviors in a three-dimensional, simple, and fun way.
The toolkit helps to realize and solve all kinds of situations and circumstances that you face during early motherhood or pregnancy.
It is highly recommended to come with the desire to ask yourself, explore and open your intuition. But don't worry, you will be accompanied and guided by our professionals at all times.

INVESTMENT
The regular investment of the Humanity Tiles® workshop is 450 DKK, however, this workshop will be introducing a new topic and will have a one-time special investment of 250 DKK per person.
